Terms and conditions
By placing your order you indicate that you agree with the delivery and payment terms and conditions of the FEI Endurance World (YJ) & European Championship 2021 webshop. You will receive a confirmation email after your order, this is also your proof of order. If you haven’t received our confirmation, please contact us at info@ecwc2021.com. All prices in our webshop are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and packages will be send via PostNL or DPD.
After receiving your order and payment we will send the package as soon as possible. If the item is not currently in stock, we will inform the customer about the expected delivery time. If the product can no longer be delivered, your order will be canceled and your payment will be credited immediately. The FEI Endurance World (YJ) & European Championship 2021 webshop reserves the right to cancel orders in case your payment has not been made or not been made on time.
The FEI Endurance World (YJ) & European Championship 2021 webshop is not liable for any damage or loss during transport of goods. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days by phone or email. The unused items must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice showing the customers bank details and sufficient postage. Packaging that is not sufficiently stamped will not be accepted. If the products have been received in good condition,we will refund the purchase amount excluding the shipping costs or proceed to send a new order. The FEI Endurance World (YJ) & European Championship 2021 webshop has the right to recalculate shipping costs for this order. Goods that have to be specially orderred (e.g. in terms of color or size) or that are custom-made cannot be exchanged or returned.
