Return policy
You have received your order but the product is disappointing or the wrong size. At the FEI Endurance World (YJ) & European Championship 2021 webshop it is no problem at all to exchange or return your order.
How can I exchange/ return a product?
First of all, we would like you to contact us within 10 days by email: info@ecwc2021.com. You can register your return via the form on this page.
How can I return the package?
You can return unused and undamaged items to us preferably in the same packaging, accompanied by a (copy) of the invoice. Lost your invoice? You can find the correct invoice in your e-mail. Please note that the package is sufficiently stamped, unfortunately we cannot accept packages that are not sufficiently stamped. As soon as we have received the products in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount excluding the shipping costs or proceed to send a replacement product.
